BaoFeng BF-F8HP - BaoFeng's Only TRI-POWER (1, 4, 8 Watt) (USA Warranty) Dual-Band 136-174/400-520 MHz FM

I just picked up 2 of these with accessories after thinking about it for a while.  I saw BT post on having some extras on hand for visitors and that pushed me over the edge.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MAULSOK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The BF-F8HP is the most powerful BaoFeng capable of transmitting 8 watts!

The BF-F8HP is the third and final generation of the UV-5R. Some new features found in the BF-F8HP are the three selectable power levels (Low - 1w, Med - 4/5w, High-7/8w); the BF-F8HP has a better high-gain antenna (7") that was not available in earlier models; the BF-F8HP also brings back the customizable tri-color display that was not found in second generation UV-5Rs. The BF-F8HP also comes with a Full IN-DEPTH 76 Page User Manual that will help you get aquatinted with all the New Features!

Much like its little brothers (the BF-F8+ and the UV-5R) the BF-F8HP maintains full cross accessory compatibility with all previous UV-5R accessories.

Ok Chirp experts I have a question.

I have a file from RT Systems that was programmed into my 857D by a friend.  It has all of the local PHX repeaters, FRS, GMRS, CERT, NOAA channels in the file. M

I am trying to import this into Chirp but I get errors.

I have tried CSV dos file export from RT and cant get it to go in.

There are column differences between both the native F8HP radio file and the RT file.

The documetation dose not cover how to transfer one radio file into another radio file via chirp.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

I have tried to deal with this issue in the past,
copy and paste from one radio file to the other is the other is the best I have found
it seems to be less universal than most people say

Update

After screwing with this getting the data from RT Systems program into Chirp for the better part a 8 hours, I posted a note to the Chirp group.  One of the great guys there asked me to send him the files.

I did and when he returned them  I could see the where I was having issues. RT allows for labels like kHz in a cell where Chirp wants only the value not the units.

Loaded to the radio just fine.

Now I need to adjust the channel number to get all 128 used(I miss the FT 60 for it 1000 channel memory) in this radio and coordinate it with the Powerwerx In the truck so the channels match.
