How active is your hoa? If are they still functional? Are they still collecting dues? In older area some no longer collect dues. Without the due then they have no money to fight and few have have little option except legal ones they cant afford.

this is why we moved to the country you cant see my house so you dont know what antenna i have. my neighbors have no clue what i do because there are too many trees between them and me.

I strung my dipole in the trees.. No way you can see it from the street. What they don't know won't hurt them.
The more I learn, the less I know.
