Diamond nr770hb
« on: February 20, 2012, 04:38:37 PM »
So I have a tiltable Diamond nr770hb for a mobile antenna on a mfj 5" mag mount.
My question is: Can I stick this guy in my radio bag without the mag mount or cookie sheet?
If not, can I mag mount it to a cookies sheet and fold it over so it can fit into my bag?

If this is confusing I'm sorry I can try to draw up a diagram for ya.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Yeah normally I have mine on a balcony railing at the apartment. Works well for me. I need to find out if it's worth taking with me up a mountain or if it's gonna be the same as my SRH77CA

I'd love to get some fish to start this year. I'd have to get my urban stamp but that's fine with me as long as I can pull at least one dinner out of it. Papago?

AD, Love to fish.  Can you eat the fish from that hole.  Have you seen the water?

No urban stamp needed.  No eating fish from my lake.   All catch and release!!!!  Think of it like your girlfriend from high school, you can  get close, but no cigar.

I turned that into the "tip" game..
