what did you want to know about it,
I watched my friend put his together and I got to use it,
and it is open source for the most part,
you can look up all kinds of details on it

I was reading through the specs and #12 reads:
12. Transmitter output power is 10W min (5W on 6m) and it is adjustable in software to almost 0W. Transmission is possible only on amateur bands.

What is the max output power on this kit, do you know?

you are going to need a power amp with this kit,
the original only has something like 50mW,
so 10W is enough to make a power amp go...
you can turn it up to 15W or so, but the heat in the transistor will get to it if you do,
so plan on getting a power amp,
and you can scale the power out in the software so that you don't fry your amp,
and you can set it to a unique value for each band, so you can have a very simple amp and have it still work well, or you can set your power out,
look for an amp that has a max power in of 10W
here is a good one that works with the kit.
